We tried this new doggie daycare in Downtown BK to board our pup this past weekend. In the past she has gone to an out-of-town "camp" when we need to board her or else Monster Mutt, which I love, but it's pretty packed.
I wanted to heartily recommend it to others who may be seeking a less crowded and more spacious boarding option short of sending your dog out of the city. Our small dog had a great time with people who clearly love dogs, and she didn't come back as "wired" (overstimulated) as she has from other places--they have more separated spaces (so she can take a break from all the playing) including putting them in their own sleeping cubbies. Also worth mentioning the space is enormous by NYC standards.
They are running a deal on their memberships, so a good time to check it out. It is owned by local parents, and I want them to stay in business since good boarding options are hard to come. I plan to send her back next month when we are on a longer vacay.
We live in Carroll Gardens, but it was actually quite convenient to drop her off on the way to the airport since you can get on the BQE from there.
