We'll need you to fill out some important paperwork before you come in.  

*If your dog has never boarded or had daycare with us, please schedule a Meet & Greet with us. 

   Overnight guests play all day during daycare hours. Full personal socialization with staff and other canine guests. Complementary relief walks & tummy rubs.

Weekdays 7am-8pm
Sat & Sun 10am-6pm

Up to 3 nights ---$70 per 24hr period

More than 3 nights ***$65 per 24hrs

(Sibling Rate: For second dog if sharing same suite. $65 up to 3 nights & $60 if more than 3 nights, per 24 hour period)

Holidays: $10 per night surcharge

***Discounted rate does not apply during holidays (sibling rate does apply during holidays)

Notice of Boarding cancellation must be given 3 days (5 days for holidays) before scheduled day of service. A one night charge will apply if notice not given.

All dogs must arrive one hour before closing time for boarding.

Feedings: We recommend bringing your pooch's food while boarding, it's better for their digestion.                                                                         We  provide premium food at a per meal price of: $5 for Small Dogs      $10 for Large Dogs (20 + lbs)

Boarding charges based on 24hr. period.                                                    Prorated rates apply after: $31 for up to 5 Hrs. / $45 past 5 Hrs.

Important Vaccination Information

We require flea and tick protection in the form of a topical or in Pill form (Frontline, Advantix, etc.) during the warm weather months: March to November.  
Flea collars are not accepted.

Dogs must have current vaccinations:                      --Rabies                             --Distemper+  Parvovirus (DHPP or DAPP)                --Bordetella.    

Bordetella needs to have been administered within the last six months.


Proof of vaccinations required prior to appointment.              Your Vet can email it directly to us at:contact@FidosRetreat.com

We accept dogs over 4 mos. of age or when puppies have had their Rabies, two rounds of Distemper and Bordetella vaccinations.

Boarding Reservations:

Boarding reservations are accepted up to 30 days in advance.
100% deposit required for Holidays.                        We will do our best to accommodate without advance notice, we cannot guarantee space unless a reservation has been made. 

Charges based on 24hr. period. Prorated late fee rates apply after.         Prorated rates: $31 for up to 5 Hrs.  $45 past 5 Hrs.

Late Fee: Store closes at 8:00PM Mon - Fri Overnight Charges Apply Past Closing Hours     (6PM Sat & Sun)

We do not answer phones past closing. If you are running late please call well before closing and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Cancellations: 


Notice of Boarding cancellation must be given prior to 3 days (5 days for Holidays) before scheduled day of service. 

Refund and Cancellations: 

  • Packages are non-refundable.
  • No refunds. All sales are final.
